DDP & Presspaper in rolls

Our cellulose-based transformer components are manufactured from pressboard and press paper and ensure excellent performance in the thermal and electrical insulation of transformer applications. These materials have been developed to meet the safety and efficiency requirements of the latest transformer applications and offer reliability and durability.

 

DDP & DDP Thermally Upgraded (TU)

The resin pattern (DDP) ensures optimal adhesion and impregnation.

Diamond Dotted Paper thermally upgrated (DDP TU)

Our thermally upgraded presspaper meets the requirements of insulation class B (up to 120 °C), making it suitable for applications with elevated thermal demands.

Presspapers are multilayer papers and therefore mechanically stronger than kraft papers.

Fulfils all requirements of IEC 60 641-1


  • Type B 2.1A > Elboard N
  • Type B 4.1 > Elboard ZF

  • Easy processing including good mouldability
  • High oil absorption
  • High purity guaranteed by multi-stage quality controls including metal detectors
  • 100 % sulphate pulp (electrical grade)
  • Good compatibility with liquid insulating materials
